When you submit our contact form or book a call with us, you may provide:

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and are also stored in our website database as a backup against delivery failure.

Scheduling Information

We use Calendly to schedule discovery calls. When you book through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, selected time, time zone, and any information you enter into their booking form. This data is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at calendly.com/privacy.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. This may include:

In that relationship you remain responsible for that data and how it was collected. AuraAi acts on your instructions and only for the purposes of the engagement you have asked us to carry out.

Our working practice for this kind of work is:

• A full export is taken before any destructive change, as a restore point
• What counts as a duplicate, and which fields are authoritative, is agreed in writing with you before records are merged or removed
• Every project concludes with a before-and-after report describing what changed
• We do not use client data for our own purposes, and we do not share it with anyone outside the engagement
• Access to your systems is revoked at the close of the engagement.

Our Use of AI Tools

AuraAi uses AI tools to accelerate parts of our work — research, first drafts, structural outlines, reformatting, and pattern-matching across large sets of records. This is central to how we deliver, so we want to be clear about what it does and does not involve.

AI is used to speed up production. It is not used to make final decisions. Strategy, editing, factual accuracy, brand voice, and final approval are carried out by a person before anything is delivered.
