Pricing questions
Why are most services priced as fixed deliverables instead of hours?
Because you should know what a blog post or a CRM cleanup costs before you commit to it. Fixed deliverable pricing means the estimate does not drift. Hourly rates exist for genuinely open-ended work.
What happens if a project turns out to be bigger than expected?
You are quoted the overage before the extra work starts, never after. If a website ticket or CRM cleanup grows past the tier it was scoped into, that conversation happens first. There are no surprise invoices.
Can I cancel a monthly retainer?
Yes, with thirty days' written notice from either side. You remain responsible for fees through the effective termination date, and the remaining period is used to complete or close out work in progress. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
Are retainer payments refundable?
Monthly retainer payments are nonrefundable once the billing period has begun, because the retainer reserves availability and capacity for you. Unused time caused by delays in providing information or approvals is not credited. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
Can work be turned around faster?
Rush delivery of 24 to 48 hours is available on most deliverables for an additional 25%. Standard turnaround for written content is 2 to 5 business days. Some website updates are same-day.
How is payment handled?
Scope and price are confirmed first, then an invoice is issued via Square. Work begins once the invoice terms are met.
